Sometimes I think we would be better off without ever hearing about Fark's existence. Aside from the obvious reasons, it seems like people treat photoshops as some kind of important competition, while most of the time it's just about fucking around and hoping to be funny.

They're just fun to do, so fuck the naysayers.

From a "photoshop album covers" thread. I just like how this one turned out, even though no one really knows the band...


Friend of mine and I drank a lot of beer one night and made this one. I'm amazed it turned out as good as it did.


Someone drew a picture free-hand and posted it on the forums. I played around with some filters and stuff, and created this. I thought it looked like an album cover, so I created a band and album name for it.

I personally liked this one, though no one seemed to appreciate the whole Bill Clinton angle. I guess I was a few years late on that.


Not that funnay perhaps, but the sheer amount of time I put into making custom graphics for some of the elements of this image force me to post it again.




Fun with distortion filters.


Annoying thing with this one was that I only had the upper half of the carbonite image. The rest I had to fake.
